Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package upon its receipt.

Delivery Time Shipping durations can vary based on the specific product.

Most orders are dispatched from Barcelona and will reach you within 5-8 working days via UPS, and 5 to 20 days with ZELERIS.

Missvan Store cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect addresses, holidays, or unforeseen incidents beyond our control.

Shipping Costs The shipping cost, determined by the Packlink system, is automatically calculated according to the product’s weight and the destination.

Please be aware that any customs duties and taxes for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns Should a customer be dissatisfied with a product purchased directly from Missvan Store, it can be exchanged or returned. However, items specially produced are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly reach out via email with your order number, item details, and the reason for return. The customer must notify Missvan Store within 7 days of their intention to return the item, and the package must be shipped within the following 14 days. All costs related to shipping, duties, and taxes are the sender’s responsibility.

Returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned items, a full refund will be issued (please note that shipping costs are non-refundable).

Damaged Items In the event that an item arrives in less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately at store[at]missvan.com. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

Customers are advised to accept only packages without visible signs of damage. If a customer chooses to accept visibly damaged items, this should be indicated on the delivery form alongside their signature. If a product is found to be compromised, the customer should promptly email us with attached images of both the packaging and its contents. The original packaging should also be retained.

Customers must inform Missvan Store of their intention to return a damaged item within 3 days of receiving it. The item should then be shipped back within an additional 14 days.
